The Company was started in April 1988, by Sam Bonacci after training from Bay State School of Technology, & an apprenticeship at Appliance Service Center of West Roxbury. The Company grew slowly at first, but soon word spread of his fair pricing & quality work. Referrals started coming in at a rapid pace. It wasn't long before the business was too big for one person but too small for employees. After nine years of many days working 12 to 16 hours a day Sam decided it was time to grow.
In October of 1998 Sam took in a partner to share the work load. The Company is now jointly owned by Sam Bonacci & James J. Habib. Jim has over 30 years experience in the appliance service field. Jim is very well versed in, over the phone diagnosis, estimates, parts, & most importantly customer satifaction.. He spent his first 15 years as Service Manager at Appliance Service Center.
